Account Balances

Attention Deer Run at Caleb's Creek Members,

Once the month of October is closed out and the final financial is provided to Slatter from the current management company, account balances will be added to your ledger. This will be completed by the end of November and no late fees will be applied for the month of November.

A statement will be mailed to each owner providing them with a balance of their account.

You should be receiving a Welcome Letter in the mail with instructions on how to pay.

Please note that your Caleb's Creek Owners Association (Master) assessment is to continue being paid to SOAP.

Our website has been designed to help keep you informed about your neighborhood so that you can feel at home and in touch with your neighbors. Our website has a range of features which will help you communicate not only with your neighbors but with our association and management company as well.

Website Services

These are just some of the features we currently offer on our website:

Safely pay your assessments online via eCheck or credit card.
Create, modify and view recurring assessment payments.
Access to your account transaction history in real-time.
Create, modify and view up to date ARC request information and Work Orders in real-time.
A directory listing for Homeowners, clubs, committees, teams, etc.
View your neighborhoods upcoming events in the calendar section.
Send emails directly to your association board and management company through your personal message center.

Do you own multiple properties and want to link your accounts? Heres how!

At the top right hand corner, select 'Switch Account'.
Enter in your other associated account number and fill out the registration.
Next, the account will be verified to ensure ownership.
Once completed, you may select "Switch Account" to go between websites for each property you own.
Please note that if you own a property in another association managed by Slatter Management, you can also link it to your registration.

Online Payments

To make your payments online, please login to your homeowner account. (if you have not logged on before, please click on the register button and follow the instructions to obtain a username and password). Once you have registered online, please select the "Pay Assessments" button.

RIGHT TO INITIATE MEDIATION: Pursuant to N.C.G.S. § 7A-38.3F, members are notified that they may initiate mediation to try to resolve a dispute with the association; however, the association may decline mediation. Any costs of mediation, including the mediator’s fees, shall be shared equally by the parties. (NOTE: Disputes related solely to a member’s failure to timely pay an association assessment or any fines or fees associated with the levying or collection of an association assessment are not covered by the mediation statute.)
