Pool Rules
No one should hesitate to request identification of anyone in the pool or on the grounds. LPHA is on file with High Point Police Dept. as being willing to prosecute trespassers. We all need to protect our interest.
• A phone is maintained on the wall of the pool house for emergency use only. This phone is only operable when dialing 911.
• Entry only allowed during pool hours of 8:00am to 8:00pm.
• Non-compliance with pool hours could invalidate the community’s liability insurance. Homeowners should contact the Police Dept regarding any violations.
• Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
• An adult must be in the water with small children at all times.
• No Glass
• No Diving
• Clean up after yourself.
• To avoid ants, no food shall be placed in pool trash bins, must be taken to a bin in a trash kiosk.
• Dispose of cigarette butts in sand containers.
• Return pool furniture to found position.
• Use only items from the storage room that belong to you and return them to storage after use.
• Damaged floats and other pool items that may break into small pieces are not allowed for use in the pool as these items may cause damage to the pump.
• Only ‘Swim” approved/branded diapers are allowed in pool.
• No Diapers placed in pool trash bins, must be taken to a bin in a trash kiosk.
• No cursing or threatening language.
• Maximum three guest per unit (grandchildren are an exception).
• All rules on pool posted signs must be followed.
• Management reserves the right to ask anyone to leave the pool at anytime.
Lake Point Tennis Courts

Tennis Court Rules
The tennis court is maintained for the exclusive enjoyment of the residents of Lake Point and their guests. The tennis court is for single use of playing tennis. Skate boarding, skating, bike riding, exercising animals, etc within the fenced tennis court is strictly prohibited. The entry gate is to remain closed at all times.
