The Board of Directors for the Reedy Fork Ranch Owners Association, Inc., in establishing the budget for 2024, has determined that there will be no increase in assessments for 2024.
The 2024 assessments will stay the same at $50.00 per month, beginning January 1, 2024.

2024 Coupon books will only be mailed out to new homeowners and homeowners that have previously opted in for a coupon book to help save on office supply costs. You may purchase a coupon book through Slatter Mangement at $3.75 per coupon book should you need one.
Homeowners who are set up on draft with Slatter Managementwill not receive a coupon book and do not need to make any changes.
Homeowners who are set up through a personal bank account bill pay service will need to update their bank of the new monthly dues amount.
Homeowners who have set up re-occurring payments on the Association’s website will need to update the monthly dues amount.

Do you own multiple properties and want to link your accounts? Heres how!
At the top right hand corner, select 'Switch Account'.
Enter in your other associated account number and fill out the registration.
Next, the account will be verified to ensure ownership.
Once completed, you may select "Switch Account" to go between websites for each property you own.
Please note that if you own a property in another association managed by Slatter Management, you can also link it to your registration.
Online Payments
To make your payments online, please login to your homeowner account. (if you have not logged on before, please click on the register button and follow the instructions to obtain a username and password). Once you have registered online, please select the "Pay Assessments" button.
RIGHT TO INITIATE MEDIATION: Pursuant to N.C.G.S. § 7A-38.3F, members are notified that they may initiate mediation to try to resolve a dispute with the association; however, the association may decline mediation. Any costs of mediation, including the mediator’s fees, shall be shared equally by the parties. (NOTE: Disputes related solely to a member’s failure to timely pay an association assessment or any fines or fees associated with the levying or collection of an association assessment are not covered by the mediation statute.)
